Payment‑Provider Promotional Offer Exclusions

Certain payment methods may offer promotional incentives directly through the card provider or payment platform (including, but not limited to, American Express Offers, Klarna incentives, Afterpay incentives, and Shop Pay Installments promotions). Orders placed using any such payment‑provider promotion cannot be combined with Esor Atelier discount codes, automatic discounts, or other promotional offers unless explicitly stated, are subject solely to the terms, eligibility rules, and approval processes of the payment provider, and may override or remove other promotions if multiple offers are applied at checkout. If multiple promotions are applied, the payment‑provider promotion will take precedence, and all other discounts may be removed. Esor Atelier® is not responsible for declined or unfulfilled payment‑provider rewards, statement credit delays, offer expiration or withdrawal, or eligibility disputes between the customer and the payment provider. Only one promotion may be applied per order unless explicitly stated otherwise.

SECTION 6 — ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. Card‑linked promotions, including American Express Offers, do not alter the billing amount charged by Esor Atelier and are processed independently by the card provider.

We may provide access to third‑party tools over which we have no control. You acknowledge that we provide access “as is” without warranties or conditions.
